Laila Kamiabi – Business Manager
Laila Kamiabi is the Business Manager at Haus of Design, where she leads sales, marketing, and commercial performance across bespoke kitchen and interior projects.
She is responsible for converting enquiries into profitable, well-structured projects, overseeing brand positioning, client experience, and day-to-day operations. Her focus is on sustainable growth, clear processes, and maintaining the premium standards that define the Haus of Design brand.
Alongside her role, Laila is doing a Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship, further strengthening her leadership, strategic, and operational capabilities to support long-term business success.
She works closely with developers, architects, and design-led clients who value quality, structure, and precise execution.
Dougie – Head of Wellbeing & Client Relations
Dougie is the Office Dog at Haus of Design and the undisputed morale manager.
He specialises in greeting clients, supervising the showroom floor, and ensuring regular breaks are taken throughout the day. Known for his calm presence and impeccable listening skills, Dougie plays an important role in creating a relaxed, welcoming environment in the studio.
When not overseeing operations from his favourite spot, Dougie can be found accepting compliments, inspecting lunch options, or accompanying the team during busy days.
A valued member of the Haus of Design team, Dougie ensures the office runs with equal parts focus and friendliness.
